I want to make a custom made shirt. How do i select the materials, patterns and designs?: We will send swatches/fabric samples to your mailing address after we receive an email from you with the product codes, possible material types and designs you are interested in.
How do i order online if I am not sure of the exact measurements required to make a custom made shirt?: Simply send us one of your shirts that fits you well. We can replicate those measurements.
I have a favourite shirt that was ruined because i spilled some wine on it. Could you replicate the shirt?: Yes we can. You would have to mail us the shirt and then we would contact you to discuss what sort of fabric you would like.
I want to make a custom made shirt/suit/pants. How do i self-measure?: Please click on the self-measure link on the left side of our page. The page contains detailed illustrations to guide you as you self-measure.
How long would it take to make a shirt, suit, leather jacket?: Custom made shirts take between 2 - 3 days. Suits take between 4 - 5 days and leather jackets take between 4 - 5 days.
How do i make an appointment?: Please click on our "Contact Us" page and send us an email using the form.
How do i place an order from the website?: There is a code under each of our products (Eg: NC-TCS1). This code is unique to its corresponding product picture. Once you have decided which product or products you want to purchase, note their product number and send us an email via the Contact US form complete with your contact information, so that we would be able to get back to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We prefer Visa and Mastercard but will also accept American Express. Payment via Paypal will be coming soon.
